Effective product communication at online points of sales

Amica e-commerce product cards are the final step on the customer online shopping process. Their shape, look and feel and functionality are key factors when it comes to conversion rates. Analysing consumer insights and big data helped us to understand which particular product information should be included at product cards and how should it all be merged together into a single experience. Adding the creative part resulted in visually stunning and yet scalable mechanism of beautifully crafted rich-content product descriptions published on largest retailers’ websites.

Each card is a separate story about the product, enriched with animations, creative copywriting and interactive modules developed according to individual technical requirements of retailer e-stores.

Over time we begun optimizing the product card production process and have managed to develop ready-to-publish modules that organize the card’s layout and, at the same time, remain flexible enough to be adapted to all product ranges.

Our own rich content publication tool - Shoplify.co - allows to design and develop product cards at large scale, what gave us freedom and flexibility in both design and coding, as well as implementation.

Product description is more to consumers than just technical knowledge. It is a chance to convey brand’s personality and communication directly ot points of sales. Expanding the experience by shop-in-shop landing pages, expertise and product education helped us build a deep and attractive brand image in the eyes and clicks of retail customers.

Interactive landing pages strenghten the complete brand experience, at the same time helping consumers make the right choices according to their needs and preferences.

In order to increase conversion we decided to help customers make the right choice and build their own personal list of kitchen appliances. The interactive Amica kitchen configurator helps to learn more about the entire product range and allows users to place their picks in a virtual kitchen.

The ability to visualize the equipment directly in the kitchen arrangements underlines the transparency, modernity and openness of Amica towards the consumer needs.
