Challenge 1: Who are we, where are we going?

The Bambino brand, which has been winning the hearts of parents with its unique range of products for children and adults, wanted to communicate even more effectively with its audience, hence its presence on social media channels. The goal of running Facebook and Instagram was to build an engaged community, promote valuable educational content and increase brand awareness among parents, caregivers and moms expecting a toddler.

Challenge 2: What are our assumptions?

  1. Increase brand awareness among young parents and families who are looking for safe and effective baby care products.
  2. Building an engaged community through interaction, sharing tips and answering questions.
  3. Promoting brand values such as gentleness, safety and naturalness in child and adult care.
  4. Increase product sales through effective advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
  5. Build brand awareness not only as a manufacturer of cosmetics for children, but also for the whole family.

Challenge 3: Build an effective strategy based on 3 pillars

To achieve these goals, we have developed a strategy based on four main pillars:
  1. Creation of valuable content:
Regularly publishing educational content that responds to parents’ needs and questions. Content covered a wide range of topics: from baby skin care to parenting tips and daily routines. Creating posts in the form of tutorials, posts with facts, and videos showing how to use Bambino products.
  1. Community involvement:
Regularly organized interactions with users – answering questions, engaging inquiries and surveys, as well as organizing contests with prizes that fostered a relationship with the brand. Organized a series of posts encouraging parents to share their experiences of using Bambino products.
  1. Visual consistency:
Maintaining a consistent aesthetic and tone in posts. All posts were kept in a warm color scheme, in line with the brand’s values – muted pastels, delicate patterns that alluded to the natural ingredients in the products. This made the brand recognizable and its posts easy to spot on social media.

Challenge 5: Result Orientation

Increase commitment
Over the past few months, the number of interactions with posts has increased significantly, with users more likely to comment on posts, share their experiences and ask about products.
Increase in number of observers
The number of fans on Facebook and Instagram also increased, as did the number of visits.
Effectiveness of advertising campaigns
The advertising campaigns proved to be very effective. Thanks to the personalization of the ads, the brand reached people who had no previous exposure to Bambino products.
Positive brand image
By engaging the community and answering parents’ questions, the brand has become seen as an expert in baby care. More users started using Bambino products, recommending them to others.
