Customer Strategy Executive
We are looking for an experienced Strategist for whom marketing has no secrets. For a decade, we have been executing rich marketing offerings for our clients, including consulting on business strategy, marketing communications, customer experience, UX and branding, particularly in the pharmaceutical, automotive, FMCG and travel industries. Your tasks
– Defining and structuring strategic problems, conducting analysis and synthesis of findings, developing recommendations
– Prepare structured materials in the form of presentations or documents – in terms of strategy, tools and budget
– Market analysis, tracking trends, developing knowledge in the organization
– Support and provide development in the area of marketing for the analytics and UX team
– Cooperation with Creative Director, Project Managers, Account Managers, Researchers and Analysts
Our expectations
– A minimum of three years of experience in a similar position in the marketing and advertising industry
– Excellent knowledge of the principles of strategy development and implementation tools
– Experience in Customer Experience and UX projects
– Welcome experience in e-commerce, home appliances/RTV, pharmaceuticals, automotive, FMCG and/or travel industry
